Automatic Tender Handling System
ATHS (Automatic Tender Handling System) is an office automation computer system. Each received and recognized bid is stored and classified according to its given tender number.

Tender numbers can be collected by the system with either one of the two ways:

1. IVR (Interactive Voice Response) input

2. Barcode recognition

For purchasing departments of companies, conventionally bids are requested to be delivered in sealed envelopes, or by postal mail. They are kept intact until the tender's closing date. They are then opened at the same time by selected staffs.

The system makes the tendering process easier, faster, securer and fair to the bidders. Bids are requested to be set to the system by fax machines from competing suppliers/vendors, and kept securely before a tender closing date. Only authorised people can open closed tenders.
